Horn (hamstring) is active Sunday against the Buccaneers, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Horn will suit up for the first time since Week 1 after returning to the active roster Saturday following a long stint on IR. The South Carolina products return is good news for the Carolina secondary.

Panthers' Jaycee Horn: Activated off IR
Horn (hamstring) was activated off injured reserve Saturday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Although he was activated, Horn remains questionable for Sunday's contest against the Buccaneers. If he is ultimately unable to make his return, Donte Jackson and CJ Henderson would presumably remain Carolina's top cover corners. More clarity on his status should come closer to kickoff.

Horn (hamstring) has been ruled out of Sunday's contest against the Titans, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.
Horn is still on the Panthers' injured reserve and will need to be activated before he can make his return. He sustained a hamstring injury in the season-opener against the Falcons after playing just 19 snaps (17 on defense) and recording one tackle. CJ Henderson (concussion) was also ruled out for Sunday's game, which means Donte Jackson and Troy Hill are the likely starters at corner against Tennessee.

Panthers' Jaycee Horn: Doubtful for Week 12, still on IR
Horn (hamstring) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Titans.
Horn will first need to be officially activated from injured reserve to suit up Sunday, and that's unlikely to happen based on his doubtful designation. Horn's 21-day window to return to the active roster was opened prior to the Week 11 loss to Dallas, so he will likely be re-added to the 53-man roster prior to Carolina's Week 13 game against the Buccaneers if he sits out Sunday in Tennessee as expected. Per David Newton of ESPN.com, coach Frank Reich said Friday he believes Horn will play again this season.

The transaction opens a 21-day window during which the Panthers can officially activate Horn before they'd be forced to shut him down for the remainder of the season. Carolina's injury reports this week will provide an indication of whether he could suit up in Week 11 versus the Cowboys.

Panthers' Jaycee Horn: Still 1-to-2 weeks away from return
Head coach Frank Reich noted Wednesday that Horn (hamstring) has been making good progress, but he is still one or two weeks away from returning, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.
Horn sustained a hamstring injury in Week 1 against the Falcons, and at the time it was believed the injury would keep him out until the second half of the season. In Horn's absence, the Panthers have gone with Donte Jackson and CJ Henderson as the starters, and the defense has allowed just 186.6 passing yards per game this season. Horn, a 2021 first-round pick, finished the 2022 season with 53 tackles (37 solo) and three interceptions in 13 games.
