Bell (shoulder) was a limited participant during practice Wednesday.
Bell missed the team's loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday after logging three consecutive DNPs heading into the weekend, so his return to the field is ultimately a step in the right direction. However, Bell should still be considered questionable for Week 14 against the Saints and may need to up his activity level in practice as the week goes on to increase his chances of suiting up.

Bell had three tackles before suffering the injury late in the second quarter, and he's considered questionable to return. Sunday was the fifth time in Bell's last six games where he was able to rack up six or more total tackles. His consistency as a tackler in the defensive back slot makes him a solid IDP consideration when the Panthers travel to Tennessee in Week 12.
