Ward (shoulder) was a limited participant at the Browns' practice Wednesday, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Ward has missed the last two contests while nursing a shoulder injury, so his return to practice Wednesday is a positive sign for his chances to play Sunday versus Jacksonville. The cornerback's status the rest of the week is worth monitoring, and if he's able to give it a go in Week 14, he'd certainly provide a big boost to Cleveland's secondary when they host the Jaguars.

Browns' Denzel Ward: Missing Week 13
Ward (shoulder) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Rams, Jake Trotter of ESPN.com reports.
Cleveland will be without its top cornerback for the second consecutive game, as Ward continues to nurse a shoulder injury. Ward's stout play has been a big reason why the Browns' defense has been so successful thus far, as they're allowing only 142 passing yards per game, which ranks first in the NFL by over 30 yards. Without Ward, expect Martin Emerson and Mike Ford to see increased opportunities in Cleveland's secondary.

Ward was sidelined for Sunday's loss at Denver due to a shoulder injury, and he's now missing the Browns' first practice of the new week as he nurses that same issue. Unless he's able to get back to practice Thursday or Friday, he'll probably be out again in Week 13 at the Rams.

Eleven plays later, Deshaun Watson found Amari Cooper for the Browns' first touchdown. It was the second interception in three games for Ward, who limited Brown to four catches (eight targets) and 24 yards.
